What is Family Therapy?

Family plays a crucial role in our lives, providing love and support and instilling a sense of belonging. However, family relationships can also be sources of unpleasant or stressful emotions and generate stress.
Family Therapy is a structured form of psychotherapy that helps family members understand each other’s views, build on family strengths, reduce distress and conflict.

We work together to make useful changes and improve communication and support to each family member so they feel heard, understood and valued.

Sessions typically last 75 minutes.
