Welcome!
I am a licensed psychologist and systemic psychotherapist with multicultural exposure having lived in Athens, Budapest, Oslo and Brussels in the last decades and fostering a strong belief in the importance of continuous learning.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Panteion University of Athens in the Department of Psychology and I received my Master’s of Science Degree from the University of Portsmouth in UK in the field of Psychology.
My belief that “Everything is relationships” led me to specialize in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy, receiving a 4 year training course in Society for Systemic Treatment and Intervention in Individuals, Families and Wider Systems (SOSYTI), member of the European Family Therapy Association (EFTA). As part of my commitment to lifelong learning, I have successfully completed both years of the advanced training program “Clinical Psychopathology Panagiotis Oulis” and “Clinical Skills in Psychopathology Panagiotis Oulis” organized by the University Mental Health Research Institute (EPIPSY) in collaboration with the First Psychiatrist Clinic of the University of Athens- Aeginiteio Hospital.
I maintain a private practice in Brussels providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families in order to support change through mutually defined objectives. My approach is grounded in empathy and compassion fostering a therapeutic relationship and creating a safe and respectful place so you feel comfortable working together and sharing vulnerabilities.
I am a member of the British Phycological Society (GMBPsS 358792) and a certified member of The Commission of Psychologists in Belgium (782214720).
